We take pride in all our facilities at Hill Farm Studios and provide

everything you could possibly need throughout your lease. 

 

It is also worth noting we have an onsite maintenance team that are

available should you need any assistanceduring the duration of your production.  

Unit 2

IDEAL FOR A STUNT TRAINING & REHEARSAL STUDIO

 

Detached unit, usable workshop and office space on a flexible lease with male and female toilets and kitchen facilities located on the first floor, front entrance and rear fire exit with accessible loading doors, allocated staff parking fibre optic connection to offices.

Unit 3

Detached unit with its own gated yard, usable workshop and office space on a flexible lease, three phase power, air compressor, fibre optic cabling to offices, multiple male and female toilets and multiple kitchen facilities, double storey offices at the front with boardroom facilities double storey warehouse space at the rear with containerised storage. Allocated staff parking, front entrance and rear fire exit with accessible loading doors

Detached unit with its own gated yard, usable air conditioned workshop and office space on a flexible lease, fibre optic cabling to offices, male and female toilets, shower room and multiple kitchen facilities, offices at the front with boardroom facilities warehouse/ workshop space at the rear with containerised storage. Allocated staff parking, front entrance and rear fire exit with three accessible loading doors.
